Wheel falls off Boeing 757-200 during takeoff

A United Airlines flight lost a wheel during take-off from Los Angeles but managed to land safely in Denver with no injuries reported. The incident involved a Boeing 757-200 carrying 174 passengers and 7 crew members. This marks the second such incident for the airline this year. The airline is investigating the cause of the wheel detachment. In a previous incident in March, a United Airlines Boeing 777-200 lost a tire mid-air after takeoff from San Francisco, landing safely in Los Angeles. United Airlines has faced a series of incidents recently, including emergency landings and technical issues with its planes. The airline attributed a $200 million hit to its earnings in the first three months of the year to incidents like the mid-flight blowout on a rival airline that led to the grounding of some of its Boeing planes.

Seems to me that the title should reference a United Airlines plane (NOT Boeing) since UA is the owner and entity responsible for the maintenance and safety inspections of the 30 YEAR OLD plane. The article even mentions that the "incident was the latest in a string of incidents involving United Airlines planes"
