Dasung has launched the Paperlike HD, a 13.3-inch E Ink monitor featuring a 40 Hz refresh rate, which is the highest available for e-paper devices. This model is designed to enhance the viewing experience, although higher refresh rates may compromise image quality. The monitor is available in three variants: Paperlike HD, Paperlike HD-F, and Paperlike HD-FT, each with a resolution of 2200 x 1650 pixels. A notable feature is the Auto Clear Afterimage suppression technology, which maintains a clean display. The base model lacks front light, while the HD-F and HD-FT variants include adjustable front lighting. The HD-FT variant also supports touch input.
