Charity is always a fantastic read. Glad she finally finished this piece.

Unfortunately, I can confirm from my experience coaching engineering leaders that some CEOs are engaging in behaviors that are extremely damaging and when challenged dismiss the feedback by claiming their behavior is “founder mode”.

I’m not optimistic it’s going to work out for them.
