Very strange piece of article without any real reference or factual sources to back any claims.

All of the claims are “trust me I know”.

Also, I do not recall my CS courses teaching me fullstack/backend/frontend, rather OS, compilers, algorithm design etc. I am seriously confused by this article, and when someone claims 60-70% boost followed by “from instinct”, I immediately stop reading but continued reading to the end and did not find anything interesting. What am I missing?

I don't know which bottlenecks of engineering AI code generators have removed. This must be for those 2nd tier devs who find work through Dice.
