Didn't give it a test run for privacy issues, didn't see any effort to address that in the video but here's my take.

Drop the "chat 2 your wallet". Like why, why would I trust a company that replaces words with numbers.

Financial advisor costs " from $62,000" on what planet? How did you come up with this number? It sounds completely made up. No one hires a full time person outside of family offices. Totally ridiculous.

There doesn't seem to be a value proposition that makes any real sense in the video. It just says that your product is cheaper than a financial advisor and it would be useful. Show me how its useful.

The bot doesn’t seem to know how much debt I have even though it’s one of the two things entered.

Amused by the bot’s confidence in recommending upgrading to the premium version of innerwallet though

Hey, here are some issues that would stop me from buying your inner wallet: 1. Pricing is too expensive, I mean with those prices I could pay someone to help me manage my finnances once a month and I'd talk to a person instead of a bot. 2. Tracking my expenses isn't a particularly interesting feature since most bank accounts, that have their own application, will be able to display this to you. 3. Your most important feature (atleast it seems like the most reasonable one for someone to pay for it) would be to get insights regarding your financial situation. However, on the website feature descriptions there is not a good example of just how 'good' these insights could be. Thus, as a customer and knowing that you're using AI to produce these insights, I find it questionable whether or not those insights will provide any positive value to my financial situation other than billing me $10 a month. Even if they help me to get a better hold of my finances, you would be better of explaining me how are you going to make customers save more money than the money you charge them.

> We don't share any personally identifying information publicly or with third parties, except when required to by law.

Isn't this flagrantly false, if you're sending my data to ChatGPT?

And why does the support link go to an email address that sounds like a clothing brand?

On mobile the elements are obviously misaligned.

If you start typing your assets and debt into the inputs the page width increases.

It tells you it is chat gpt 3.

Im not sure what would be the reason for paying 10/mo for this when everyone has gpt 4o....

The best application for a dementia induced AI model is having it control my wallet!
