Microsoft has acknowledged the union, making it the first comprehensive union at a Microsoft-owned video game studio, representing all eligible job titles. This move follows Microsoft's recognition of unions at Activision QA workers and ZeniMax Studios QA workers. The Bethesda workers will be part of CWA Local 2108 in Maryland and CWA Local 6215 in Texas. Microsoft has not yet commented on this development.
