I was a huge fan of her "shitty robots" arc. But, this is my favorite video of hers in years, and it covers business topics which may be interesting to HN. Topics include bootstrapping, discomfort, hiring, cash flow, charging more than you want to, etc.

My one thought is that if she had taken on investors, or at least taken on investment and advising via something like YC, then she would have avoided the current brand name: "Yetch Store." Her thinking behind this was a bit of inside joke. This is not an ideal sounding name, IMHO.
